Chicago Fire season 6, episode 14 and episode 15 preview
Is Chicago Fire about to have a major reveal? Look ahead to tonight’s two episodes with our Chicago Fire season 6, episode 14 and episode 15 preview.
Tonight’s Chicago Fire is big. It’s bigger in size, and we’ve been told repeatedly how big these two hours are supposed to be for the characters of Firehouse 51. So what big surprises should we be expecting?
It’s no spoiler to say something huge is going to happen. It pretty much has to—you don’t make and promote a two-hour “movie event” without at least one major development. That would be a letdown.
So the question is what will happen, and what will it mean for the remainder of the season?
There are all kinds of things to play with, within the two hours. There are separate stories of the week in each episode, plus plot points that run through both hours to tie them all together. So it could be just about anything.

We do know that these episodes will be significant if you’re a Stellaride fan, because they’re on the front burner again.
Per NBC’s official description, Stella (Miranda Rae Mayo) helps out Severide (Taylor Kinney) with some important thing in the first part and then she gets shot at during the second part.
Here’s a wild, back-court heave of a guess: What if Stella gets shot?

The synopses also tell us that Stella and Joe Cruz (Joe Minoso) are the two characters who are definitely on scene with the active shooter.
But the promos show Cruz outside being held back by Boden (Eamonn Walker), and photos for these episodes include Cruz in a church—and we know Chicago Med has one in the hospital from episodes of that show.
If “Looking For A Lifeline” and “The Chance To Forgive” are supposed to be big episodes for Stellaride, what would be bigger than Stella being wounded and Severide fearing that he’s lost her? That’s some pretty standard TV drama stuff right there.
Here’s another thing we’re curious about. In the promo spot for these Chicago Fire episodes, there is a shot of a pregnancy test. Are we about to get a pregnancy scare, and if so, who’s it with?
Fire fans would love for it to be Dawson and Casey (Jesse Spencer and Monica Raymund) with all that they’ve been through trying to have some kind of a family. That’d be great for the big picture of the show, and those two characters have definitely earned it.
But the more dramatic answer would be Brett and Antonio (Kara Killmer and Jon Seda). They did sleep together multiple times earlier this season before she randomly broke up with him. Now, of course, they’re back on and well, one way for Fire to mess with Brettonio fans again would be if they suddenly had to deal with baby drama right as they’re getting back together.
If the show is playing the long-term game and wants to pay off an ongoing story, this should be a Dawsey reveal. If it’s going for the immediate drama, then it could be Brettonio. Especially since in our interview with Derek Haas, he confirms these two episodes have “multiple” issues for Brett. Click below to learn more.
