Does Chicago Fire have a thief among the crew at Firehouse 51? Here’s the official Chicago Fire season 6, episode 19 synopsis and teaser.

This week’s episode of Chicago Fire might turn a firefighter into a criminal, according to NBC‘s official description of Thursday’s installment.

Thursday’s episode is called “Where I Want To Be” and involves Firehouse 51 under scrutiny following the discovery that money is missing from the scene of a fire. The assumption is that someone who responded to the call must have stolen it, and suspicion naturally falls on the newest member, Jake Cordova (recurring guest star Damon Dayoub). After all, the team doesn’t really know him, and none of our regular characters could possibly steal.

But is Cordova guilty, or is it someone else? Was the money even actually stolen, or could there be another explanation? Also, what’s up with stash houses in Chicago recently, between one of them burning down on this show and a bunch of them being robbed on Chicago PD?

But the pressure is on to prove that none of our favorite firefighters would cross the line. Let’s hope this chapter of Chicago Fire doesn’t end with someone getting fired. After all, we are getting to the end of the season and that’s usually when every show tries to come up with big surprises.

"After responding to a residential fire at a property belonging to a Mexican drug cartel, Casey is skeptical of Cordova after a hefty amount of money was found missing from the crime scene. Elsewhere, Kidd makes a big decision."
