Chicago Med struggles to handle all its patients tomorrow. Get a look at what’s ahead with our gallery of Chicago Med season 3, episode 18 photos.

The hospital is put to the test in this week’s Chicago Med, so we’re giving you an early look ahead with our photo gallery from tomorrow’s new episode!

Tuesday’s installment is called “This Is Now” and sees the hospital have to handle a massive influx of patients after a mass shooting breaks out. With so many victims to take care of, it’s no surprise that this week’s promotional photos show all hands on deck.

The gallery includes shots of cardiothoracic surgeons Dr. Connor Rhodes (Colin Donnell) and Dr. Ava Bekker (Norma Kuhling) working in the Emergency Department, while Dr. Noah Sexton (guest star Roland Buck III) is here to lend a hand as well.

Meanwhile, hospital administrator Sharon Goodwin (S. Epatha Merkerson) is also in the mix, hopefully making sure that our doctors and nurses have everything that they need. After all, the last time something like this happened, Med wound up short on resources and some very hard choices had to be made.

Will the same thing happen tomorrow? Or will our team be able to marshal extra resources and some extra help to ensure a happy ending? We’ll have to watch and see, but this photo array has us on the edge of our seats already.
