There are going to be some disagreements in the next Chicago Med, at least by looking at the photos for tomorrow’s episode.

Tuesday’s installment is called “Crisis of Confidence” and it also happens to be the last episode before the season finale. With that in mind, it’s no surprise that the images for this week have things looking a little tense. April Sexton (Yaya DaCosta) is once again working with her boyfriend Dr. Ethan Choi (Brian Tee), but it seems like they may disagree this time.

Note that Choi’s sister Emily (recurring guest star Arden Cho) is back and still volunteering at the hospital, while Dr. Isidore Latham (Ato Essandoh) also makes a welcome return. With the latter being literally between his two subordinates, is he breaking up another fight between them or are they all getting on the same page?

At least Dr. Will Halstead (Nick Gehlfuss) and Dr. Natalie Manning (Torrey DeVitto) seem to be getting along after they spent a few weeks on the outs. Let’s hope this episode doesn’t mess that up.
