We have just one day until the last episode of Chicago Med season 3, so we’re getting you ready with our photo gallery from tomorrow’s big finish!

Tuesday’s episode is called “The Tipping Point” and based on the promotional photos, it’s going to do exactly what it should: tie up all the loose ends from several storylines that One Chicago fans have been following throughout the second half of the season.

Dr. Ava Bekker (Norma Kuhling) is working on the conjoined twin surgery, and while we can’t tell you for sure how that ends, the second photo in this batch featuring smiles all around outside of a baby’s room would suggest that at least one of the twins makes it.

Not only are Dr. Will Halstead (Nick Gehlfuss) and Dr. Natalie Manning (Torrey DeVitto) checking out the baby, but Natalie is hard at work with one final patient of her own. The best photo in this group, though, has to be the image of Dr. Daniel Charles (Oliver Platt).

His expression is definitely shocked and it has us wondering what he found out about Robert Haywood. Based on this picture it almost looks like Robert found out about him still poking around and is showing up to kill him.
