Is Law & Order SVU season 19 available to stream on Hulu? Now that SVU season 19 is in the history books, Dick Wolf fans are wondering if they can catch up with the current season on the popular streaming service.
Well, as it turns out, there are multiple answers to that question and whether they’re good or bad answers depends on your perspective about this season.
Is SVU season 19 on Hulu? It is, as part of the content streaming deal that NBC has in place with Hulu. Though select past seasons are on Netflix from before that deal was struck, Hulu has rights to the most recent season.
And as is the case with the other NBC shows that are currently available through Hulu, you don’t need a separate Hulu subscription to watch. You can stream them for free, though you’ll likely be asked to sit through some commercials (so, like watching on regular TV).

However, you don’t have access to the entire season. NBC only makes the five latest episodes accessible for streaming, so you’ll only be able to watch “Sunk Cost Fallacy,” “The Book of Esther,” “Guardian,” “Mama” and the two-part season finale, “Remember Me” and “Remember Me Too.”
Now, if you’re looking on Hulu because you’re a Chicago Justice fan who hasn’t caught up with Philip Winchester‘s episodes, then this is fine because many of them are included in this batch (he’s not in “The Book of Esther”).
Otherwise, you’re out of luck. You’ll be better off checking out this month’s available SVU reruns, because NBC has lined up broadcast reruns on Thursdays over the summer that are plucked from the whole season.

While Hulu can connect you with the Special Victims Unit episodes you may have missed, you’ll have equal luck with NBC’s on-air reruns as well. It just depends on which installments you need to find—both will be free, and both will have commercials, so it’s all up to you.
