What should fans watch for in this week’s Chicago Med? Get ready for tonight’s episode with our Chicago Med season 4, episode 6 preview.

Those Chicago Med fans who are rooting for Dr. Will Halstead will want to keep a close eye on this week’s episode, because it’s pretty much all about him.

One Chicago’s most beleaguered doctor once again takes center stage in “Lesser of Two Evils,” as it focuses on both of his ongoing storylines plus gives Will (Nick Gehlfuss) the case of the week.

At the hospital he teams up again with Dr. Natalie Manning (Torrey DeVitto) when a girl arrives in the ED after a car crash, but they quickly realize that there’s more to the story than the accident.

Can they find out the truth behind their patient, and if they find it out, will it be a truth that their bosses want to hear? Or will we have another situation where bureaucracy wins out?

If it’s the latter, there’s going to be a huge battle at the hospital. Will is still annoyed with Gwen Garrett (recurring guest star Heather Headley) for using his father as a statistical pawn, and Chicago Med fans know that Natalie can get incredibly incensed when she believes someone’s being treated wrong.

But that’s just one of the three problems that are coming Will’s way in this episode.

His brother Jay Halstead (Jesse Lee Soffer) once again crosses over from Chicago PD in this episode, continuing the subplot of Will acting as an agent of that joint task force between the police and the FBI. And if it goes half as well as it did last week, then it’s going to go very badly.

Plus, Will also has to try and enjoy his pre-wedding party with Natalie. But it’s a safe bet that the case, or the undercover work, will mess that up. Wouldn’t it be a dramatic scene if she found out his secret during or outside the party and left him there, not unlike how she stormed out on him just before he proposed in last season’s finale?

And Chicago Med certainly loves its relationship drama.

Elsewhere in the hospital, new ED chief Dr. Lanik (recurring guest star Nate Santana) is going to once again be a pain in the behind to everyone else. Watch this sneak peek clip to see how he is still making things more difficult than they need to be. How long will the doctors and nurses of Chicago Med take his nonsense?
