Chicago PD’s Sydney Poitier Heartsong and Chris Agos both have new TV roles that One Chicago fans can stream now on Amazon and Netflix.

Two of Chicago PD‘s recurring guest stars can be seen this weekend in new TV projects.

Sydney Poitier Heartsong, who played Detective Mia Sumner across several episodes during the show’s first season—before Sumner was fired by Hank Voight—is now a supporting actress in the new Amazon original series Homecoming.

Homecoming is created by Sam Esmail, the creator of USA‘s Mr. Robot. The thriller focuses on a facility that’s supposed to be helping military veterans readjust to normal life, but there’s another more sinister element happening underneath.

The series stars Julia Roberts in her television debut, playing a woman named Heidi Bergman who used to work at the facility but then left. Poitier Heartsong has the recurring role of Lydia Belfast, the wife of Heidi’s then-boss Colin Belfast (Bobby Cannavale from Nurse Jackie).

Elsewhere, Chris Agos can be seen in the season premiere of House of Cards on Netflix. Agos had portrayed Assistant State’s Attorney Steve Kot over multiple seasons of Chicago PD, but then was not seen after a deleted scene from the fifth season premiere.

Details of his House of Cards character are being kept under wraps, but you can catch him in the first episode of the final season, which picks up with Claire Underwood (Robin Wright) as the new President of the United States. He also recently appeared as a patient in the season premiere of Grey’s Anatomy on ABC.

But it’s great to see that although these actors aren’t in One Chicago anymore, they’re still working and are getting to be part of some exciting new shows. Check their latest roles out this weekend if you’ve got the time!
