City on a Hill finished its first season this week, so you can now stream all 10 episodes of the Showtime series featuring Chicago Fire alum Sarah Shahi.

Looking for something to watch this weekend? Chicago Fire fans might want to check out City on a Hill, which aired its season finale this week—meaning you can now stream the entire season of the crime drama featuring Fire actress Sarah Shahi.

City on a Hill is based on true events from the 1990’s. It tells the story of newly arrived Boston prosecutor Decourcy Ward (Aldis Hodge, Leverage and the recent film Brian Banks) as he teams up with corrupt FBI agent Jackie Ward (Kevin Bacon, The Following) on a high-profile case.

Naturally, as in most crime dramas, that one case grows to become something much bigger and to potentially affect the entire city.

The Showtime series features Shahi, who portrayed Kelly Severide’s (Taylor Kinney) ex Renee Royce on Chicago Fire, as Rachel Behnam. Behnam is one of the investigators who becomes part of the case, and she appears in multiple episodes.

One Chicago fans won’t be surprised to see Shahi’s character caught up in drama; she brought a lot of it to Fire, between Renee moving out of the country and then claiming she was pregnant by Severide when she returned.

Even when she made her latest reappearance during Chicago Fire season 6, it came with tension because she tried to flirt with him and rekindle their relationship—not realizing that Severide had moved well on to Stella Kidd (Miranda Rae Mayo).

While it’s probably unlikely Renee Royce will ever be seen on the show again—now that the writers have no use for her given that Severide and Stella are happily back together and don’t need any more exes resurfacing to throw a wrench into their plans—anyone who enjoyed Sarah’s performances on Fire can now see her in another prominent role.

City on a Hill has been getting pretty good reviews since the series premiered back in mid-June, and aside from Shahi, it features a watchable cast; this might be Aldis Hodge’s best performance yet. And since there are only 10 episodes, you could binge the whole thing this weekend if you’re so inclined!

Watch a clip featuring Sarah Shahi below, then stream City on a Hill season 1 now either through Amazon Video, Hulu, or the Showtime website (some options may require subscription). The series has been renewed for a second season, so this won’t be the last One Chicago fans see of Sarah in this role.
