This week’s episode will feature another happy event in show history, but in true One Chicago fashion, it’s not going to happen without a big challenge for the team to overcome first!

As previously reported, this is the episode where Joe Cruz (Joe Minoso) will walk down the aisle and marry his fiancee Chloe (recurring guest star Kristen Gutoskie). We’ve been watching Cruz plan for this wedding for awhile now, so it’ll be great to watch how it finally unfolds.

But there can’t be an entire episode just about a wedding, so fans will not be shocked that there’s drama beforehand.

Here’s the official description that NBC has released for this week’s episode. It includes reference to the big wedding, but focuses more on the issues that Firehouse 51 will have to overcome ahead of the celebration.

"Tension builds when a group of rabble-rousers attempt to lock down the firehouse. Brett is faced with a monumental decision. Cruz readies himself for a big day. Gallo and Ritter attempt to launch Firehouse 51 into the social media age."
