Chicago Med TV schedule for June 2020: This month’s reruns
Here’s when and where Chicago Med will air in June 2020.
The Chicago Med TV schedule during June 2020 is more of the same for One Chicago viewers. With the summer still in disarray due to current events, NBC is sticking with additional repeats through at least the first portion of the month.
Normally at this point in the year, the current season has wrapped and audiences are lucky if they get one or two reruns to pass the time. Networks usually have summer programs, often reality TV or game shows, that they’d rather air instead. But with ongoing current events, that’s not the case this year.
NBC was forced to dip into the rerun well six weeks early when the seasons ended prematurely, and they’re keeping those old episodes going into June. What’s interesting is that they’re now in reverse order—after showing installments from later in the season last month, now fans will be served the season premiere and other early outings. The schedule is kind of all over the place!
What we don’t know is how long this will continue. The network has not announced their plans for the second half of June as of this writing; while it’s likely that they’ll slot in more reruns, that has yet to be officially confirmed. Stay tuned as we’ll update this post with additional information as it becomes available.

Chicago Med TV schedule for June 2020
June 3: “Never Going Back To Normal” (Chicago Med season 5, episode 1)
Originally aired Sept. 25, 2019. In the season 5 premiere, Dr. Connor Rhodes (Colin Donnell) and Dr. Ava Bekker (Norma Kuhling) make their final appearances. Dr. Crockett Marcel (Dominic Rains) is introduced as a night shift doctor, who notices that Phillip Davis (recurring guest star Ian Harding) is acting very suspicious in the wake of the car accident that injured Dr. Natalie Manning (Torrey DeVitto).
June 10: “In the Valley of the Shadows” (episode 3)
Crockett works with April Sexton (Yaya DaCosta) on a case, and though they disagree, this is the episode that starts off what would develop into a full-blown love triangle. Meanwhile, Natalie is continuing to work, but ex-fiance Dr. Will Halstead (Nick Gehlfuss) doesn’t think that she is fully recovered, which sets off renewed conflict between the two.
June 17: “The Ground Shifts Beneath Us” (episode 11)
An accident at O’Hare International Airport causes problems at the hospital. A newly engaged Dr. Ethan Choi (Brian Tee) apologizes to Crockett, while April makes a big decision about trying to have a baby with Choi. Last appearance of Heather Headley as Gwen Garrett.
