Chicago Med season 6, episode 6 photos: Don’t Want To Face This Now

Maggie and Will are going to be front and center in this week’s Chicago Med, according to the promotional photos that NBC has released from the next new episode.

“Don’t Want To Face This Now” focuses on Maggie Lockwood’s (Marlyne Barrett) storyline, in which her foster son Auggie is in dire need of a kidney transplant and Maggie is on a quest to find a donor. That much was already revealed in the promo for this episode, so it’s not a surprise to see Maggie and her family in several photos.

The remainder largely focus on Dr. Will Halstead (Nick Gehlfuss) as he continues to work on his clinical trial. One photo is solely of Dr. Sabeena Virani (recurring guest star Tehmina Sunny), which confirms she’ll appear again this week.

Will, Maggie and Sharon Goodwin (S. Epatha Merkerson) are the only main characters from Med included in the photo array, implying that those two plots are going to be the most prominent and leaving it open as to how much of the other characters we’ll see.

Hopefully these storylines work out well, because especially in Maggie’s case, it’d be sad to see another tragic ending on this show. But no one looks particularly distraught, so maybe that’s a good sign?
