Is Chicago Fire season 7 streaming on Netflix? Now that Chicago Fire season 7 is over, One Chicago fans are wondering if they can catch up with the current season on the popular streaming service.

The seventh season featured the last appearance of Gabriela Dawson (Monica Raymund) and the introduction of her replacement, Emily Foster (played by Annie Ilonzeh, who previously starred in the Charlie’s Angels remake for ABC). Foster only lasted two seasons, though, before she was also replaced.

Other developments included the arrival of a new candidate, Darren Ritter (recurring guest star Daniel Kyri), during the season’s first crossover event. Ritter went on to become a full member of Firehouse 51 and Kyri was eventually promoted to series regular.

There were two crossovers during the season, as well as one marriage proposal and one surprise promotion, too.

With all of that happening, it’s no surprise if viewers are asking if this season is available on Netflix because there were so many major developments throughout the cycle.

Is Chicago Fire season 7 streaming on Netflix?

While Netflix is the go-to for most streaming viewers, it’s not the home of the One Chicago franchise. Comcast, the parent company of NBCUniversal (which owns NBC), previously had streaming rights for all three series with Hulu—a deal that shifted in 2019 when Disney took full control of that service.

Meanwhile, the company set up its own streaming service fittingly called Peacock. With their own platform, and after striking a mega-contract deal with Chicago creator Dick Wolf that included the streaming rights to his NBC shows, Chicago Fire is now a Peacock series. Fans will need to sign up for that streamer to watch episodes online.

You can still, however, purchase episodes and seasons on usual platforms like iTunes and Amazon Video, or order season 7 on DVD through your favorite retailer.
