Following notably behind is Kim Burgress actress Marina Squerciati, who has accumulated a Twitter following of 140.9k followers since joining the platform in 2009.

Rounding out the top three most followed members of the cast is LaRoyce Hawkins, who currently is followed by 81.2k fans on Twitter. That total puts Hawkins just before actress Tracy Spiridakos who is followed by an impressive 56.4k One Chicago fans.
