Chicago Fire spoilers: What to expect in the Chicago Fire season 10 finale (Preview)
It’s time for the wedding event of the season. You won’t want to miss out on the Chicago Fire season 10 finale. Here’s a look at what to expect.
At one point in the previous episode, it looked like the Stellaride wedding wasn’t going to happen. Severide (Taylor Kinney) started pulling away and Kidd (Miranda Rae Mayo) was getting worried. It turned out that Severide was just scared. He’ll run into burning buildings, but getting married scares the hell out of him.
That doesn’t mean the wedding isn’t going ahead, though. We get the big wedding event of the year this week. The best part is that Casey (Jesse Spencer) is definitely returning for the episode. It was necessary considering Severide and Casey are best friends. Of course Severide would want Casey as his best man.
Meanwhile, the Violet (Hanako Greensmith) and Emma (Caitlin Carver) situation finally comes to an end. Right now, Emma seems to have the upper hand. What is going to bring her down and save Violet’s job?

Take a look at the promo for the episode below. It focuses mainly on Casey’s return and the big wedding event of the season. Boden is the one walking Stella down the aisle, which makes a lot of sense considering how he is like a father to all those at Firehouse 51.
We do see that Casey is back. There is no sign that Brett is coming back as well, though. How is that going to work? Is it being held as a surprise, or has something happened between Brett and Casey?
Chicago Fire 10×22 synopsis
The synopsis brings up the wedding, but it also makes it clear that the Violet/Emma storyline is coming to an end. How is that going to happen? Will we start Chicago Fire season 11 with Emma around as a permanent fixture at the Firehouse? Will Violet start next season fighting for her job?
Hawkins decided to trust Gallo in the previous episode. Gallo wanted to find out what was actually in Emma’s file, but her former chief isn’t giving any details. Will someone step in with the details in the finale?
"The big wedding day arrives and Firehouse 51 welcomes Casey back to celebrate the joyous occasion; Emma’s plans to replace Violet come to a shocking end."
