Chicago Fire spoilers: What to expect in Chicago Fire season 11, episode 3 (Preview)
There’s a chance someone major isn’t making it out alive in Chicago Fire season 11, episode 3. Here’s a look at what to expect in the episode.
During the previous episode, Kidd (Miranda Rae Mayo) realized that maybe Carver (Jake Lockett) has changed. He is a good firefighter and a good man, and she helped him prove that his former boss was being mistreated. However, things took a turn at the end of the episode when Kidd made it clear she didn’t like lies.
We get that she has an issue with lying, but Carver has a right to keep how he got that scar to himself. Can we normalize not needing to share everything about our lives? Regardless, we’re sure to see this come up again. After all, there’s going to be a major event during this episode.
The promo makes it clear that someone is not going to survive this episode. It’s not surprising that the writers will include a death. Firefighting is a dangerous job. We’ve seen it in the past, and the writers need to keep reminding us of that, even if it means we lose some of our favorite characters.

Take a look at the promo for the episode. It focuses on the major fire that’s going to happen at the movie theater. We can see Kidd, Carver, and a few others inside. Brett (Kara Killmer) and Boden (Eamonn Walker) are outside, and there are some scared and grave looks on their faces.
Who could die? Will we lose Carver just as we got him? Is it going to be someone more major on the team? I’m pretty certain it won’t be Kidd and Severide (Taylor Kinney), but I am worried about Ritter (Daniel Kyri), Capp (Randy Flagler), Tony (Anthony Ferraris), and even Mouch (Christian Stolte) right now.

Chicago Fire 11×03 synopsis
The synopsis tells us a few more things that are happening during the episode. Kidd is ready to set up her lieutenant’s office. She wants to create a space that’s just for her, but she needs the help of others who are on Truck. That means Carver, Capp, and Tony will step in.
We’ll also see the return of Detective Pryma. His inclusion in the story was teased a while back, but just how much is he willing to work with Severide right now? Pryma isn’t happy that the dirty cop’s name was revealed, and this could mean trouble for Severide later.
"Kidd recruits Carver, Capp and Tony to help prepare her new lieutenant’s quarters. Severide and Det. Pryma reluctantly pair up to work a police investigation. Firehouse 51 comes together to fight a movie theater fire."

Take a look at all the photos released from the episode. There’s a good amount of photos that sow a couple of different calls. It looks like Firehouse 51 is also called out to a car accident, which is pretty standard for the firefighters at this point.
