Chicago Fire spoilers: What to expect on Chicago Fire season 11, episode 8 (Preview)

Chicago Fire is back with another new episode. Just what can you expect in season 11, episode 8? Here’s a peek at the Chicago Fire spoilers.

The great news for One Chicago fans is that all three shows are airing new episodes this week. Considering we know the fall finale is coming up soon, this is great news. Other networks had have some nights off from regular coverage, so we’ll take the new episodes while we can.

We get some time with Kidd’s (Miranda Rae Mayo) team this episode. Gallo (Alberto Rosende) and Carver (Jake Lockett) will find themselves struggling to get along. Gallo decides to improvise on a call, and Carver doesn’t like that. We’ve seen Gallo’s improvising get him into trouble before, so this isn’t all too surprising.

Meanwhile, the more personal storyline seems to be for Brett (Kara Killmer). Is it time for her to date again?

Chicago Fire spoilers: 11×08 promo

First, let’s take a look at the promo for the episode. This is giving us look at one of the calls of the night, and it’s a tense one. Severide (Taylor Kinney) says that if the bus blows up, the whole block goes. He’s going to want to do everything he can to keep this situation under control.

It looks like this could be the call that sees Gallo and Carver butt heads. It’s going to take some initiative to get everyone out alive.

Chicago Fire spoilers: 11×08 synopsis

The synopsis gives us a few more details of what to expect. We’ll see Detective Pryma (Troy Winbush) back, and he needs Severide’s help once more. Doesn’t it suck when someone you don’t like tends to be the one with the expertise or the one who can help with a current situation? Pryma and Severide don’t like each other, but they’re stuck with each other when it comes to an explosive case.

We get a look at Gallo and Carver’s storyline, but not where it fits in the episode. Honestly, this isn’t too surprising considering how much others haven’t liked Gallo improvising at times. Is this going to link to something from Carver’s past, though?

Then there’s the Brett storyline. Violet (Hanako Greensmith) wants Brett to get back out there and start dating. I’m surprised it’s Violet who’s suggesting this considering she won’t be ready just yet. But, really, could we have a female character who is more than happy to be single for a while?

"Det. Pryma asks for Severide’s help on a case involving explosives. Gallo and Carver clash after Gallo improvises on a call. Violet encourages Brett to start dating again."
