CSI: Vegas season 3 is not coming to CBS in 2023! So if you were hoping to catch the third season at some point this year, prepare to be seriously bummed!

CSI: Vegas is a crime drama television series that premiered on CBS on October 6, 2021, since its debut it has had fans hooked! It is a follow-up to the long-running series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and the fifth series in the CSI franchise.

The show follows a team of forensic investigators who use science to solve baffling cases in Las Vegas.

CSI: Vegas was renewed for season 3 on February 21, 2023! CBS announced the renewal of the show after the success of the first two seasons and many hoped that we would see the new season on our screens in the fall of 2023. However, unfortunately, due to the ongoing Writers Guild of America strike, which has affected the production of many scripted shows, the third season has been delayed.

So, when could we see CSI: Vegas season 3 on our screens? Join us as we reveal the potential release date for the addictive crime drama and more!

CSI: Vegas season 3 release date prediction

As mentioned, CSI: Vegas initially premiered its first season on CBS on October 6, 2021. The second season followed suit, gracing the screens on September 29, 2022. Given this pattern, eager fans anticipated the arrival of the third season in the fall of 2023. Regrettably, these expectations were disrupted due to the ongoing WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes, which has cast uncertainty over its release schedule. As of now, an official release date for the upcoming season remains a mystery.

Currently, our anticipation points towards an early 2024 debut for CSI: Vegas season 3, with January emerging as the potential starting point. It’s important to note, however, that this prediction is not set in stone!

However, we remain confident that once the WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes conclude and production resumes for the third season, we will be better equipped to provide a definitive and accurate release date.
