FBI fans might have a new episode of season 8 to look forward to on November 17, but the episode will be the last episode for a few weeks. While FBI season 8 has been airing with little interruption this season, that’s about to change as the show will be heading into a break after this week’s episode.

After the November 17 episode, CBS will be pulling FBI from its lineup for the final week of November. On November 24, CBS will be airing the Everybody Loves Raymond: 30th Anniversary Reunion special. The 90-minute special will result in FBI and The Neighborhood both taking the week off to make room in the lineup for the 90-minute anniversary special. Interestingly, CBS will still air new episodes of DMV and Watson that night.

The good news is that FBI is not signing off for the year, as there are still a few more new episodes coming fans’ way before 2025 comes to a close!

CBS has confirmed that new episodes of FBI will air on Monday, December 1, and on Monday, December 8. It’s unclear whether the December 8 episode will be the show’s fall finale, but it’s highly likely that will be the case, as CBS is likely to begin wrapping things up to make way for some holiday programming in the back part of the month.

When season 8 resumes on December 1, fans are in for an explosive episode… literally. Episode 7 will see the FBI team working to track down the individual responsible for a large-scale explosion that rocks a Brooklyn apartment complex. As they track down the person responsible for the attack, the team will quickly discover he’s just a pawn who was following the orders of a convicted felon behind bars.

The episode will also be a big one for Isobel as she’ll have to name her successor by the episode’s end in preparation to move into her new role at the bureau. Will the job go to Jubal, or will Isobel select someone unexpected? That’s the question sure to be on the minds of fans as they watch the episode unfold!

Meanwhile, the December 8 episode will see the team working to solve the murder of a journalist who is shot during an interview with a prime minister. What first seems like an assassination attempt quickly turns into a larger conspiracy.

Needless to say, while we won’t be getting another new episode in November after this week’s episode, CBS has a pair of exciting episodes still planned for this year! We’ll just have to wait until December for those episodes to arrive.
