Chicago PD stars Jesse Lee Soffer and Tracy Spiridakos eager to guest star on unexpected CBS show

CBS, take note because Chicago PD alums Jesse Lee Soffer and Tracy Spiridakos are 'absolutely' down to guest star on the network's biggest show!

Hot off their returns in the 2026 One Chicago crossover event, Jesse Lee Soffer and Tracy Spiridakos are ready to team up once again, and it seems they might have their sights set on guest starring in one of the biggest shows on CBS!

Speaking with Us Weekly, the Chicago PD alums were asked about the possibility of guest starring on the hit CBS drama Tracker. Rather than shutting down the idea, the duo were both open to making a cameo on the Justin Hartley-led drama, with Spiridakos and Soffer both revealing they would “absolutely” sign up for a guest spot on the show.

For Soffer, it’s exciting not only to consider appearing on the show but also to get to work alongside Hartley.

“Justin’s a great guy, too. He’s a lovely dude. That would be a lot of fun, actually,” Soffer commented.

Nothing has been locked down, with no planned appearances from either Spiridakos or Soffer, but the idea of the duo guest starring on Tracker is certainly exciting. It would be particularly exciting should CBS manage to somehow get the duo to both appear on the show within the same episode, staging an on-screen reunion from the pair that would certainly catch the attention of Chicago PD fans.

It doesn’t hurt that Tracker is also known for its amazing guest cast.

Through its first three seasons, Tracker has featured some amazing supporting players in varying capacities including Jensen Ackles, Floriana Lima, Per Vahdat, Michael Rady, Melissa Roxburgh, Jes Macallan, Matt Long, Jennifer Morrison, Patrick Fabian, and Dylan Bruce. The show also featured a guest appearance from Hudson Williams just months before his career skyrocketed with his starring role as Shane Hollander in Heated Rivalry.

Spiridakos and Soffer are also no strangers to the CBS family of shows, with Spiridakos having previously guest starred in an episode of FBI, while Soffer played a key role in the final season of FBI: International. It would be fun to see the pair head back to CBS via its most-watched drama, and Tracker has a unique opportunity to shake things up with a guest role.

We’re used to seeing Spiridakos or Soffer playing members of law enforcement, so it would be fun to flip the script by having them play a loved one of the missing person at the heart of the case or even the villain behind the disappearance of the individual Hartley’s character is hired to track down. That’s not to say we wouldn’t love to see them playing a small-town cop or even a fellow reward seeker Hartley’s character, Colter Shaw, has to team up with, but it would be fun to see CBS bring Spiridakos or Soffer into the mix to play a more unexpected character!
