Kelsea Ballerini goes bridezilla in Doctor Odyssey season 1, episode 6 (Preview)

We all know that weddings bring their own drama. Well, Max is about to deal with some of that in Doctor Odyssey season 1, episode 6.

After taking a week off, the on-the-seas medical drama is back. Max is getting used to some daring rescues and crazy moments, such as operating in the middle of a hurricane, but now he has to deal with wedding drama.

Margo Martindale and Kelsea Ballerini guest star in this episode. Considering the presence Martindale usually is on screen, it’s going to be a lot of fun to see how all this plays out.

A bridezilla on the cruise in Doctor Odyssey season 1, episode 6

The synopsis tells us that this week-long wedding cruise is going to have plenty of bridezilla wedding drama. Of course, any bride wants their big day to go perfectly. The problem comes when brides expect the world without either wanting to pay for it or just in a way that forgets all about the groom’s wishes. With the word bridezilla in quotes in the synopsis, though, I do wonder how much of a bridezilla she’s going to be, and how much others claim she is one.

Meanwhile, there is love and lust in the air, and that could cause problems for some of the crew. Avery is clearly jealous of Tristan’s new relationship. It’s a shame, as I really hoped that Doctor Odyssey would get rid of the love triangle cliché. But, it clearly isn’t drama without some sort of relationship drama.

The images give us a look at a few of the moments throughout the episode. We do get to see Martindale and Ballerini together in a couple of these images, making it clear that something is going on. Is Martindale playing the future mother-in-law to the bride and explaining how things are going to happen during the wedding?

There’s also an image with some of the crew, including Rick Cosnett and Jacqueline Toboni. They all seem to have sombre expressions as if this wedding is going to end in some sort of disaster.
