NCIS fans won’t have to wait long for a new episode as we are getting a fun new episode on March 28, 2025. What is happening in the episode and what else are we looking forward to?

In the previous episode, we did see some movement in Parker learning more about his mother’s death and the connection to the mysterious Lily. While we know this is a thread that will likely keep going for a few more episodes, we are at least getting to see more about the lives of other characters, such as Nick Torres.

The synopsis mentioned that Nick was struggling with figuring out how to balance both his professional life and his personal life. This could mean that he may have been too busy to have time for his relationship with Robin (Lilan Bowden). Their relationship has mostly been fun, but could be getting serious. Will this episode shine a light on where they are in their personal lives?

As for the case in the episode, it coincides with a girl’s night out. Titled “Ladies Night,” the episode will follow the women as they go out for the evening, only for it to be interrupted due to the team needing to solve a mystery regarding an arsonist and their motive for an attack.

This season of NCIS has been exciting to watch and easily threads the characters’ lives along with what is happening in the episode. From Nick and Jessica wrangling with him dating her sister to McGee's secret investigation, there is something for everyone to enjoy. We do know we will eventually see McGee’s investigation into Deputy Director Gabriel LaRoche and that his wife, Delilah, will somehow be involved.

That episode, “Killer Instinct,” is scheduled to air on Monday, April 14 so that particular arc will come into play soon. So it looks like there will be a week break between this coming episode and the next one before the episodes run as scheduled until the season finale on May 5.

Plus, there is also the question of whether Jimmy Palmer and Jessica Knight will get back together. With just a handful of episodes left until the season finale, we’re excited to see what answers to the season-long questions we have will entail.

NCIS airs Mondays on CBS at 9/8c. You can find previous episodes available on Paramount+.
