ABC just quietly confirmed when the 911 season 7 finale is coming (and no one even noticed!)

ABC has officially confirmed when 911 season 7 will be coming to an end -- and it's later than you might expect!

The 2023-24 television season is quickly coming to an end as all of our favorite broadcast shows prepare to sign off for the summer (or in some instances, for good). Heading into May, we know that most shows only have a few episodes left in their current seasons yet most of the networks have chosen to keep fans in the dark regarding when exactly the final episodes of our favorite shows will air. 

Somehow only CBS has announced the finale dates for its hit series with ABC, NBC, and FOX keeping fans in the dark regarding when their shows will end. There has been no announcement yet from any of the networks, but it seems the social team behind 911 just quietly confirmed when 911 season 7 will come to an end! 

The 911 season 7 finale is May 30, 2024

In an Instagram post shared on the official 911 account, ABC confirmed that the seventh season of 911 will come to a close on May 30! That means the show will be one of the final series to wrap its current season as many CBS shows are primed to end their season in early May and it’s expected that many NBC, FOX, and ABC shows will be wrapping their seasons in the early part of the month as well. 

With the finale coming on the final Thursday of the month, fans can look forward to new episodes of 911 every Thursday in May! That’s right, we’ll get a month of uninterrupted new episodes of 911 with back-to-back episodes coming every week between now and the season finale on May 30. 

Not only did ABC announce the finale date for season 7, but we now also know the episode titles for the final five episodes of the season, well sans the season finale: 

Episode 6, “There Goes the Groom”
Episode 7, “Ghost of a Second Chance”
Episode 8, “Step Nine” Episode 9, “Unfinished Business” 
Episode 9, “Unfinished Business” 
Episode 10, “Season Finale” 

It’ll be interesting to see what the final episode of the season ends up being titled. The fact that ABC did not reveal the finale’s episode title does make us wonder if perhaps it could contain a spoiler connected to a plotline in the episode, so it’ll be interesting to see what exactly the final episode ends up being titled. It’ll also be interesting to see how the season comes to a close and just how bold the creative team chose to be with this year’s season ender!
