Who else could it be!? Violet Mikami (Hanako Greensmith) has been Brett's best friend since the moment she joined the medic team, and together they've been through quite a bit. They have been supportive during moments of emotional turmoil, and there have been plenty of those moments over the last two seasons.

Violet also stood up for Brett in the episode "On the Hook", when it seemed as though the latter was going to lose her job. That kind of friendship is hard to come by, so Brett picking Violet as her maid of honor was definitely a no-brainer.
