Australian actor Lachlan Buchanan left Station 19 after the fifth season. His character, Emmett Dixon, left the show to travel the world after a heartbreaking break up with his on screen boyfriend, Travis Montgomery, portrayed by Jay Hayden.

For those hoping for a juicy revelation, we have some disappointing news. Lachlan Buchanan's exit from the show wasn't due to any nefarious reasons, but simply due to the trajectory of the storyline. However, for fans of Emmet, there is some good news!
