A new Chicago Med is just around the corner, so we’re giving you a first look at tomorrow’s episode with our lineup of Chicago Med photos!

Tuesday’s episode is called “Folie A Deux” and based on the photos that have been released by NBC, you’re going to see an awful lot of Dr. Sarah Reese (Rachel DiPillo) and Noah Sexton (guest star Roland Buck III, back for another episode). They are the most featured in this week’s gallery, and we know Reese has a major storyline in this episode as Med is going to dig into more of her family history.

Of course, since both Noah and Reese have sizeable screen time this week, we have to wonder if that means they’ll be interacting with one another or stay in their separate stories. They may not cross paths, but considering this season has teased the possibility of them becoming a couple on numerous occasions, this might be the episode to finally do something concrete about that. If they both have important stories, could they be there for each other?

Plus keep an eye on Dr. Stanley Stohl (recurring guest star Eddie Jemison) as we’ve got photo proof that he’s back this week, and you know every time he shows up it’s always trouble for someone. It probably will be Noah.
