Who’s guest starring and crossing over in One Chicago this week? Here are the One Chicago crossovers and guest stars for the week of April 24-26.

One constant for the One Chicago franchise is that characters move from one show to another all the time. At least once or twice a week, characters from Chicago Fire, Chicago PD, Chicago Med and Chicago Justice are making guest appearances on each other’s shows and if you’re a fan of a particular character, you don’t want to miss them.

We here at One Chicago Center are making it easy for you to find your favorites by making a weekly list of which characters are crossing over each week and on what shows they’ll appear.

We also will include recurring characters who are returning, and any particularly notable guest stars that are worth watching.

Please note that all information is taken from NBC’s official descriptions of episodes, so things may change and characters might get cut in the final edit.

Here’s who’s visiting our One Chicago shows this week:

Chicago Med (April 24)

  • Michel Gill reprises his role as Dr. Sarah Reese’s (Rachel DiPillo) father
  • Roland Buck III returns for another episode as Noah Sexton
  • Eddie Jemison guest stars as Dr. Stanley Stohl

  • Quinn Cooke returns as Bria

After a few weeks of not having guest star information available, it’s good to start seeing who is appearing as we get closer to the end of the season. And while one of these episodes is a repeat, all three have familiar faces that One Chicago fans should enjoy seeing. Every character who’s in this week is part of at least a recurring storyline!
