Chicago Med season 5, episode 15 photos: I Will Do No Harm

NBC has released the official photos for Chicago Med‘s next episode, and they reveal that April Sexton’s (Yaya DaCosta) brother, Noah (Roland Buck III) is back for another episode.
“I Will Do No Harm” also features the surprising pair of Dr. Ethan Choi (Brian Tee) and Dr. Crockett Marcel (Dominic Rains), so fans will be in for quite a ride this week.
According to the network’s official synopsis, Dr. Natalie Manning (Torrey DeVitto) and Dr. Daniel Charles (Oliver Platt) will have to work together to treat a patient, and appear to be having some kind of discussion in the promo photos.
Dr. Will Halstead (Nick Gehlfuss) only appears in one image, but don’t worry. He may not be featured prominently, but he does have a subplot in the episode. Chicago Med will continue his storyline with Dr. Hannah Asher (recurring guest star Jessy Schram), as he promised to help her with her addiction at the end of “It May Not Be Forever.”
Amidst all the chaos of the hospital, April and Ethan appear to get at least one moment together, as their photos show happier faces on the couple. They were just seen getting ready for their future child, so maybe the IVF treatments are finally working.

Even though Chexton’s relationship has held its own at work, one relationship we haven’t seen recently is the working one between Dr. Choi and Dr. Marcel. We’ve seen the duo butt heads before, though they eventually made up. They don’t seem to be particularly upset with each other in the photo where they’re together, but that could change.
What would that mean for April? Would she be stuck in the middle? Or would she be forced to pick a side?
