When will Chicago Med season 5 be on DVD?
Chicago Med season 5 DVD release date announced.
Chicago Med season 5 now has a DVD street date from Universal Pictures Home Entertainment—and fans can already pre-order the box set.
Universal will release the latest season of Chicago Med on Tuesday, August 25. The set has a retail price of $39.98 and can be ordered through Amazon now for that price.
As with previous seasons, there will not be a Blu-Ray release.

This Chicago Med DVD release contains all 20 episodes from the latest season. That includes the season premiere “Never Going Back To Normal,” which marks the last appearances of Dr. Connor Rhodes (Colin Donnell) and Dr. Ava Bekker (Norma Kuhling).
That same episode is the first appearance of Dr. Crockett Marcel (Dominic Rains).

The set comes with an English audio track, as well as English and French subtitles. No other languages are supported.
Unfortunately, Universal is also continuing their history of not providing any meaningful special features on the DVD set. Keeping with the trend of the last several years, the only bonus fans will get is the other two parts of the “Infection” crossover.
With all of that considered, One Chicago viewers will have to decide if they want to wait two months to own a physical copy of the season, or just want to download it digitally. Amazon Video has season 5 available now for $34.99. You don’t get the crossover episodes, but if you buy those individually from Amazon at $2.99 apiece, it’s basically the same price.
Chicago Med arrives on DVD on the same day as Chicago Fire season 8.
