Chicago Fire 200th episode to feature ‘life-changing decisions’
By Cody Schultz
This fall, Chicago Fire will celebrate a milestone few series get the chance to celebrate as it surpasses the 200 episode mark. It’s an incredible milestone and one that is getting harder and harder for shows to attain in this day and age which makes it that much more special whenever a show hits the achievement.
Traditionally, 200th episodes have been used by shows not only to celebrate the show’s history and the moments and characters responsible for getting the show past the 200-episode mark. As a result, they’re typically filled with shocking moments, surprise returns and game-changing developments that leave fans talking for years to come.
As we look ahead to the 200th episode there is a lot of anticipation over what the creative team has in store for the episode. While NBC has been keeping its plans under wraps, our latest tease from showrunner Derek Haas suggests the writers are planning on going big!
What does NBC have planned for the Chicago Fire 200th episode?
Although the creative team is looking to keep their cards close to their chest and haven’t yet revealed too much information about the 200th, showrunner Derek Haas has revealed the milestone episode is going to be one that has the potential to be a defining moment in the show’s history.
