Chicago Med season 7 finale schedule: When are the final episodes of the season?
Chicago Med is winding down. The seventh season has seen tons of personnel changes and dramatic storylines, but the finale is almost here, and with it tons of surprise events. Given the upcoming breaks, however, there might be some confusion as to when the season 7 finale is supposed to air.
The bad news is that there’s going to be at least two more weeks of reruns on NBC. The network will be filling the void of new episodes with some of the most popular previously aired in season 7, before dishing out brand new ones.

With that said, the question on everybody’s mind is simple: when can we expect to get the last three episodes of season 7 on NBC?

Is Chicago Med new on April 27, 2022?
Unfortunately, there will be no new episode of Chicago Med on April 27. Instead, NBC will air an encore of season 7, episode 8, “Just as a Snake Sheds Its Skin”. The episode focuses on the frantic search for Dr. Hammer’s mother, while Dr. Scott (Guy Lockard) is conflicted on whether or not to help his old police buddies.
Is Chicago Med new on May 4, 2022?
Sadly, the cold streak will continue on May 4. We will instead be getting another rerun. This time it will be the season 7 episode “Secret Santa Has a Gift for You”, which first aired around the holidays and represented the end of the VasCom subplot involving Dr. Halstead (Nick Gehlfuss).
Is Chicago Med new on May 11, 2022?
Finally! After two weeks of reruns, Chicago Med will be back with a brand new episode. This follows the same trajectory of the other One Chicago shows, and the Med comeback will be spearheaded by the episode “End of the Day, Anything Can Happen”. The episode will see the Gaffney team deal with a risky liver transplant between a grandmother and grandson.
Is Chicago Med new on May 18, 2022?
Yes, there will be yet another new episode of the show on May 18. We haven’t yet gotten any details on what the episode will be about, or even the title, but there will be a new release on the 18th as a springboard into the highly-anticipated finale.
When is the Chicago Med season 7 finale?
The season finale of Chicago Med season 7 will air on Wednesday, May 25, during the show’s standard 8 p.m. ET timeslot on NBC. There hasn’t been an officially released synopsis for the episode yet, but we do know the season will come to a close with episode 22.
