Who’s guest starring and crossing over in One Chicago this week? Here are the One Chicago crossovers and guest stars for the week of Sept. 26.

One constant for the One Chicago franchise is that characters move from one show to another all the time. At least once or twice a week, characters from Chicago Fire, Chicago PD, Chicago Med and Chicago Justice are making guest appearances on each other’s shows and if you’re a fan of a particular character, you don’t want to miss them.

We here at One Chicago Center are making it easy for you to find your favorites by making a weekly list of which characters are crossing over each week and on what shows they’ll appear.

We also will include recurring characters who are returning, and any particularly notable guest stars that are worth watching.

Please note that all information is taken from NBC’s official descriptions of episodes, so things may change and characters might get cut in the final edit.

Chicago Med (Sept. 26 at 8 p.m.)

  • Heather Headley (The Bodyguard) returns as hospital COO Gwen Garrett. Garrett made her first appearance in the Chicago Med season 3 finale.
  • Ato Essandoh returns as Dr. Isidore Latham.
  • Roland Buck III returns as Noah Sexton.
  • Arden Cho returns as Emily Choi.
  • D.W. Moffett returns as Cornelius Rhodes.
  • Eddie Jemison returns as Dr. Stanley Stohl.
  • Two new medical students are introduced; meet the actors playing them here.

Chicago Fire (Sept. 26 at 9 p.m.)

  • Annie Ilonzeh makes her first appearance as new paramedic Emily Foster. We’re including her here because she was originally billed as a recurring guest star, but it was made official last week that she’s actually a series regular.
  • Stephen Boyer (Trial & Error) guest stars as Jerry Gorsch, the new politically-minded Deputy Fire Commissioner.

Chicago PD (Sept. 26 at 10 p.m.)

  • Anne Heche (The Brave) guest stars as Deputy Superintendent Katherine Brennan, who uses her rank and power to try and form an alliance with Hank Voight (Jason Beghe).

Season premieres are big episodes, so it’s no surprise that they’re packed full of guest stars. The hospital is particularly busy this week with a lot of familiar faces; don’t miss any of them and make sure you’re tuned in!
